Bake-a-Wish · Thunder Bay
Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of this website. They don't replace the details we agree directly when you place an order — those are confirmed in writing between us before an order is confirmed.
Last updated 3 August 2026
Purpose of this site
This site exists to show what Bake-a-Wish bakes and to let you send an enquiry. It is not an online store: no payment is taken here, and submitting the enquiry form does not create a confirmed order.
Orders and pickup
An inquiry is not a confirmed order. Availability and details are confirmed personally. Custom orders normally need at least 3 days' notice. All orders are pickup only in Thunder Bay — no delivery is offered. Pickup address and window are provided when the order is confirmed.
Accuracy of information
Photographs show past work; handmade cakes vary and your cake will not be an identical copy. Prices, availability, flavours and market dates shown here can change without notice. Anything quoted directly to you in writing takes precedence over this website.
Food safety and allergens
Everything is baked in a private home kitchen that also handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy. Cross-contact is possible and a completely allergen-free product cannot be guaranteed. If you have a severe allergy, please tell me before ordering and make your own judgment about whether to order.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bake-a-Wish is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information posted here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario or Canadian law.
Third-party links
Links to Facebook, Instagram, or market websites are provided for convenience. Those sites are not controlled by Bake-a-Wish and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Intellectual property
The logo, photographs, and written content on this site belong to Bake-a-Wish. Please don't reproduce them commercially without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
