Our commitment
I am committed to providing an accessible website and to meeting my obligations under Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.
Target standard
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That includes semantic headings and landmarks, full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator, labelled form fields with field-specific error messages, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, text contrast of at least 4.5:1, tap targets of at least 44 pixels, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
Some decorative photography carries empty alternative text by design. Content posted to Facebook and other third-party platforms is outside my control and may not meet the same standard.
Accessible formats and communication supports
If any part of this site is difficult to use, I will provide the same information in another format — over the phone, by email, in large print, or read aloud — on request and at no extra cost. Just get in touch at https://www.facebook.com/bakeawishdvo.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome and is taken seriously. Send it to https://www.facebook.com/bakeawishdvo and I will acknowledge it within 5 business days, in the same format you used to contact me, and tell you what I intend to do about it.
Service disruptions
If this site or the enquiry form is temporarily unavailable, a notice will be posted at the top of the home page along with an alternative way to reach me.
